Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Interim HR Advisor to join a housing organisation on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will provide HR/People support across change management, recruitment and employee relations, supporting colleagues through an exciting period of organisational change.
Duties and Responsibilities of the People Services Advisor:
Provide professional HR and People advice across a range of employee matters
Support change management programmes, restructures and organisational change
Assist with recruitment processes, talent management and successful appointments
Provide advice and guidance on employee relations and relevant employment legislation
Utilise HRIS and ATS systems to maintain accurate employee and recruitment records
Build effective relationships with colleagues, managers and key stakeholders
Support a positive colleague experience throughout periods of change
Essential Requirements of the People Services Advisor:
Demonstrable experience within a People/HR Advisor role
