Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Supervisor to join an organisation on a permanent basis, in Oxfordshire.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Repairs Supervisor:
- Supervise day-to-day repairs and maintenance operations across residential properties.
- Monitor operative performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Carry out site inspections and manage the resolution of poor workmanship and recall orders.
- Coordinate subcontractors, quality control processes, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Support the preparation of scopes of work, risk assessments and method statements where required.
- Manage workforce allocation, materials ordering, and resource planning to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee fleet and waste management processes, ensuring compliance and environmentally responsible practices.
- Support the implementation and management of Total Mobile scheduling systems to maintain effective resident appointment management.
