Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Services Lead to join a leading housing provider, managing supported housing, homelessness and temporary accommodation services across Warwickshire.
Responsibilities of the Services Lead:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of supported housing and homelessness services
- Manage and develop a team of staff and volunteers
- Oversee referrals, occupancy, voids and move-on planning
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and service compliance
- Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities and partner agencies
- Monitor service performance, budgets and contractual requirements
- Support customers with complex needs including homelessness, mental health, substance misuse and offending histories
- Drive service improvements and ensure positive outcomes for customers
Essential Experience of the Services Lead:
- Previous management experience within supported housing, homelessness or housing services
- Experience managing and developing staff teams
- Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment and housing management
- Experience working in partnership with local authorities and external agencies
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
