This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded accountant with strong analytical skills and a passion for interpreting numbers to tell a clear financial story. You\’ll have great cashflow experience and be able to artiuclate the financials effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
• Cashflow forecasting and reporting, ensuring the business maintains strong working capital
• Delivering clear, insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Business partnering across departments to explain financial performance and cost drivers
• Preparing board packs and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools

Role Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE with strong, relevant experience
• Proven experience producing management accounts end-to-end
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills – able to clearly explain what the numbers mean
• Hands-on cashflow management expertise
• Excellent Excel skills and financial systems experience
• Confident communicator able to liaise across all levels of the business
