Temporary, 3 months+ Part Time, 30 hours per week £17 Per Hour Umbrella

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Referrals Coordinator on a temporary basis, for an organisation to assist in the management of the referral process.

Duties of the Referrals Coordinator role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Support the management and recording of incoming housing referrals.
  • Assist in allocating placements based on risk, needs, suitability, and financial considerations.
  • Provide clear information to referrers and applicants about the referral and assessment process.
  • Process and issue referral information packs as required.
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure smooth coordination of referral activity.
  • Ensure all required documentation is requested, received and recorded accurately.
  • Support the preparation of reports and collation of referral-related data.
  • Accurately input and maintain referral information within the housing management system.

Essential Requirements for the Referrals Coordinator:

  • Basic DBS
