Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Referrals Coordinator on a temporary basis, for an organisation to assist in the management of the referral process.
Duties of the Referrals Coordinator role will include, but is not limited to:
- Support the management and recording of incoming housing referrals.
- Assist in allocating placements based on risk, needs, suitability, and financial considerations.
- Provide clear information to referrers and applicants about the referral and assessment process.
- Process and issue referral information packs as required.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure smooth coordination of referral activity.
- Ensure all required documentation is requested, received and recorded accurately.
- Support the preparation of reports and collation of referral-related data.
- Accurately input and maintain referral information within the housing management system.
Essential Requirements for the Referrals Coordinator:
- Basic DBS
