Multi Skilled Joiner

Hyndburn, Lancashire

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a public sector organisation to recruit for a Multi Skilled Joiner to work on void properties.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Joiner includes:

  • Completing void repairs work on tenanted social housing properties
  • Fitting skirting boards and architraves
  • Hanging doors
  • Carrying out plumbing work
  • Completing patch plastering
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
  • Maintaining van stock
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers\’ homes

Essential criteria of the Multi Skilled Joiner includes:

  • Level 2 Joinery
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Basic secondary skills in other trades is advantageous
