Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a public sector organisation to recruit for a Multi Skilled Joiner to work on void properties.
Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Joiner includes:
- Completing void repairs work on tenanted social housing properties
- Fitting skirting boards and architraves
- Hanging doors
- Carrying out plumbing work
- Completing patch plastering
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
- Maintaining van stock
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers\’ homes
Essential criteria of the Multi Skilled Joiner includes:
- Level 2 Joinery
- Full UK Driving License
- Basic secondary skills in other trades is advantageous
