Housing Officer Temporary, 3 months+ £27 Umbrella Buckinghamshire Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a temporary basis, to join an organisation based in Buckinghamshire. Duties of the Housing Officer role will include, but is not limited to: Provide a proactive, front-line housing management service to tenants and leaseholders. Carry out home visits, tenancy audits, estate inspections, accompanied viewings and starter tenancy visits. Identify and respond to safeguarding, welfare and vulnerability concerns, referring tenants to appropriate support agencies. Investigate tenancy fraud, including suspected subletting and non-occupation. Encourage tenant involvement and use feedback to help improve services and neighbourhoods. Manage communal facilities within sheltered housing schemes and coordinate services such as fire alarm testing and logbooks. Maintain accurate case records, reports and follow-up actions using mobile working technology.
