Night shift opportunity: Hours - 21:30-05:30.
Hourly rate - £17.00 per hour
Hamilton Woods are currently working with a well established manufacturing business based in Coalville. As a Production Operative you will have strong level of practical ability & excellent communication skills.
Duties & responsibilities:
Operating production machinery.
General warehouse responsibilities.
Shredding large corrugated sheet waste.
Work well with others and be willing to participate in problem solving and continuous improvement.
Ensure all work is carried out safely, and report any safety or hazard faults.
Respond quickly to machine failures and breakdowns, and inform relevant departments.
Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to.
Essential skills:
Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and willing to take part in problem solving and continuous improvement exercises.
Flexibility with a willingness to learn and embrace new skills.
Reliable hardworking ethic.
