Travel across Greater Manchester will be required. A van and fuel card is provided Duties of the Floorer: Installing, replacing, and repairing a wide range of flooring including LVT, laminate, vinyl, carpet and safety flooring Preparing work areas Carrying out levelling, laying underlays and applying smoothing compounds Completing associated tasks such as trimming doors or fixing skirtings. Carrying out repairs to existing flooring, including tears, welded seams, lifting edges, wet‑room repairs, and safety‑flooring capping and coving Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures Providing excellent customer service to tenants Requirements of the Floorer: Previous experience within a similar role is essential Full UK driving license is essential Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check is essential Social housing experience is advantageous Experience within cap and cove flooring is advantageous
