Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Support Worker to join our clients' Housing Management team.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Housing Support Worker:
- Ensure effective collection of rents including management of Housing Benefits
- Complete regular risk assessments
- Ensure properties are fit for purpose
- Schedule repairs and update tenants
- Monitor Health and Safety
- Reduce current and former tenant arrears
Essential Requirements of the Senior Housing Support Worker:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Flexibility to take part in the on-call rota providing out of hours support
