Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association to recruit a Groundsworker for their Responsive Repairs Team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities of the Groundsworker:
- Carrying out fencing, flagging and pointing
- Assisting other trades
- Work safely and professionally
- Picking up and delivering materials and equipment to properties
- Picking up and removing surplus materials and equipment, and booking these back into stores
- Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice within tenant homes
- Delivering an excellent customer experience
- Updating PDA in real time on a job's status
Requirements of the Groundsworker:
- UK Driving License
- Previous labouring experience
