Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Boston to recruit a Gas Engineer on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Gas Engineer include:

  • Working within tenanted and void social housing properties
  • Carrying out repair, renewal, installs safety checks
  • Ensuring tenant satisfaction
  • Working closely with the compliance team in ensuring work is undertaken safely
  • Utilising a PDA
  • Completing necessary paperwork

Requirements of the Gas Engineer include:

  • UK Driving License
  • Relevant gas tickets (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
  • Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Gas Plumbing
