Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Boston to recruit a Gas Engineer on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Gas Engineer include:
- Working within tenanted and void social housing properties
- Carrying out repair, renewal, installs safety checks
- Ensuring tenant satisfaction
- Working closely with the compliance team in ensuring work is undertaken safely
- Utilising a PDA
- Completing necessary paperwork
Requirements of the Gas Engineer include:
- UK Driving License
- Relevant gas tickets (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
- Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Gas Plumbing
