Part-Time Damp and Mould Surveyor in Sleaford for 3 months ongoing at Β£35 Umbrella, 15 hours per week.

We are currently working on behalf of a local authority in North Kesteven to recruit for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary ongoing basis.

Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:

  • Undertake surveys, prepare schedules of condition, schedules of work, tender documentation and ensure specifications are kept up to date.
  • Oversee the right response to damp and mould cases based on severity.
  • Assist in the design, procurement and management of contracts and contractors in delivering works within the damp and mould workstreams.
  • Manage day to day workload.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:

  • Strong knowledge around the cause of damp and mould and HHSRS.
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
