Lettings and Leasehold Manager Kirklees / Hybrid Permanent 37 hours per week £47,000 Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a renowned housing provider in West Yorkshire to recruit to a Lettings and Leasehold Manager on a permanent basis. Two days a week will be required in their offices in Kirklees, with three days working from home. The team consists of four generic Housing Officers, and a Lettings and Leasehold Officer. Responsibilities of the Lettings and Leasehold Manager includes: Acting as lead on the organisations lettings, leasehold and tenancy management, ensuring tenants receive an excellent level of service Managing and mentoring a team of four Housing Officers and a Lettings and Leasehold Officer Leading on plans for tenancy and estate visits and neighbourhood activities Leading and overseeing marketing, allocation and letting of properties Investigating complaints and providing responses in accordance with policy and procedures.
