Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a housing association that requires a Scheme Manager to oversee their over 55's Sheltered Housing Scheme in Leeds. The role is offered on a permanent, part time basis. The working pattern will be to work across 12am-4pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities of the Scheme Manager include:
- Working across sheltered housing scheme, supporting those aged 55+
- Encouraging independent living
- Managing income collection processes
- Completing communal inspections
Requirements of the Scheme Manager include:
- Enhanced DBS check
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle
- Understanding of safeguarding and data protection
