Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association, to recruit two Labourers for their Responsive Repairs Team on a temporary basis. The role will mainly consist of gutter cleaning.
Responsibilities of the Labourer include:
- Cleaning gutters and downpipes on social housing properties
- Using ladders and access equipment safely
- Reporting any repairs or blockages needing further work
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Work safely and professionally
- Picking up and delivering materials and equipment to properties
- Picking up and removing surplus materials and equipment, and booking these back into stores
- Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice within tenant homes
- Delivering an excellent customer experience
- Updating PDA in real time on a job's status
- Ordering parts and materials
- Completing safety checks on tools
Requirements of the Labourer:
- UK Driving License
- Basic DBS, or willingness to undergo one
- Previous labouring experience
