Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to provide floating support to help customers sustain their tenancies and live independently.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:

• Complete support plans and risk assessments
• Provide support around budgeting, employment and education
• Monitor rent payments and monitor tenancy compliance
• Ensure records are kept up to date
• Carry out safeguarding and ensure any incidents are reported

Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:

• Driving Licence and business insurance
• Enhanced DBS
