Duties and Responsibilities of the Home Ownership Officer:
- Manage relationships with leaseholders and shared owners
- Act as the first point of contact for home ownership residents
- Resolve disputes and complaints related to service charges, maintenance or neighbourhood issues
- Work with finance teams to resolve arrears
- Process deeds of variation, landlord consents and lease extensions
