Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Officer on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Home Ownership Officer:

  • Manage relationships with leaseholders and shared owners
  • Act as the first point of contact for home ownership residents
  • Resolve disputes and complaints related to service charges, maintenance or neighbourhood issues
  • Work with finance teams to resolve arrears
  • Process deeds of variation, landlord consents and lease extensions

Essential Requirements of the Home Ownership Officer:

  • Full understanding of the section 20 process
