Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a temporary basis, to join an organisation based in Buckinghamshire.
Duties of the Housing Officer role will include, but is not limited to:
Provide a proactive, front-line housing management service to tenants and leaseholders.
Manage a range of tenancy matters, including successions, mutual exchanges, assignments and tenancy amendments.
Carry out home visits, tenancy audits, estate inspections, accompanied viewings and starter tenancy visits.
Manage tenancy and property-related cases, including untidy gardens, property condition and hoarding.
Investigate and manage medium-level ASB cases, such as noise nuisance and graffiti, through to resolution.
Identify and respond to safeguarding, welfare and vulnerability concerns, referring tenants to appropriate support agencies.
Investigate tenancy fraud, including suspected subletting and non-occupation.
Work closely with tenants, colleagues and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
Encourage tenant involvement and use feedback to help improve services and neighbourhoods.
Manage communal facilities within sheltered housing schemes and coordinate services such as fire alarm testing and logbooks.
Maintain accurate case records, reports and follow-up actions using mobile working technology.
The successful candidate for the Housing Officer will have:

Full UK Driving Licence
