Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Admin on a temporary basis, to join an organisation based in Buckinghamshire.
Duties of the Housing Admin role will include, but is not limited to:
Manage the tenancy inbox and day-to-day enquiries.
Process tenancy changes including terminations, assignments, successions, mutual exchanges and tenancy amendments/renewals.
Produce tenancy and legal documents, including tenancy agreements, notices to quit and solicitor packs.
Keep housing systems and records accurate and GDPR compliant.
Manage a caseload of tenancy admin, investigating requests and making decisions on things like assignments and permissions for pets, CCTV or running a business.
Support customers through tenancy endings, bereavements and financial difficulties, referring to specialist teams where needed.
Work closely with the wider housing/community team to ensure customers receive a professional, efficient and customer-focused service.
