We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FP&A Accountant to join a high-performing finance team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset to support key planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the quarterly forecast and annual budget submission process in collaboration with Finance Business Partners and functional leaders.
Assist in preparing and delivering monthly board reports and executive-level commentary.
Contribute to the coordination of the month-end flash reporting process, working closely with the Management Accounts and Commercial Finance teams.
Prepare insightful, consolidated financial reports tailored to senior stakeholders.
Maintain monthly rolling forecasts and assist in tracking cost-saving and productivity initiatives.
Provide detailed financial analysis and support for ad-hoc projects and business cases.
Liaise with the European FP&A team to ensure consistency in reporting and alignment of financial planning activities.
Manipulate large datasets to extract key insights and trends to inform decision-making.
Build strong relationships across finance and non-finance teams to support stakeholder needs and drive performance discussions.
Use financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency in reporting and planning processes.
Present financial data clearly and effectively using Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint for board and leadership presentations.Role Requirements:

Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting roles.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of handling and interpreting large volumes of data.
Excellent Excel skills, including use of pivot tables, lookups, and financial modelling techniques.
Confident user of PowerPoint for financial storytelling and board-level reporting.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
