We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Derby, to recruit for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary basis.
Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:
- Undertake surveys, prepare schedules of condition, schedules of work, tender documentation and ensure specifications are kept up to date
- Oversee the right response to damp and mould cases based on severity
- Assist in the design, procurement and management of contracts and contractors in delivering works within the damp and mould workstreams
- Manage day to day workload
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:
- Strong knowledge around the cause of damp and mould
- HNC qualification or equivalent
- Driving licence
