Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Support Worker to join our clients' Housing Management team.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Housing Support Worker:

  • Ensure effective collection of rents including management of Housing Benefits
  • Complete regular risk assessments
  • Ensure properties are fit for purpose
  • Schedule repairs and update tenants
  • Monitor Health and Safety
  • Reduce current and former tenant arrears

Essential Requirements of the Senior Housing Support Worker:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Flexibility to take part in the on-call rota providing out of hours support
