We are currently working on behalf of a charity based in Bradford to recruit for a Property Manager. The role is offered on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Conducting health and safety visits to properties
- Identifying any health and safety or safeguarding issues
- Liaising with landlord partners when taking on new properties and ensuring that all paperwork and health and safety standards are met, including any repairs carried out
- Ensuring stock condition surveys, and images are taken for any new leased accommodation
- Ensuring maintenance spreadsheets are audited on a weekly basis and any issues identified are followed through with the relevant team until works are signed off
- Assessing how effective the organisations health and safety, fire and safeguarding practices are being delivered
