Property Clearance Operative

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Property Clearance Operative to clear out and clean void properties. No driving license is required.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Property Clearance Operative:
- Working in a team of 5 to clear out and clean void properties ready for new tenants
- Removing unwanted items such as furniture and household waste
- Carrying out loft and garden clearances
- Completing cleaning work before new tenants move in
