Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join a Leeds based New Build Property Developer. The role will be supporting their Property Sales Team with the co-ordination of marketing and general administration. A few days training will be required in their Leeds City Centre Offices, with scope for remote working.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant includes:
- Raising POs
- Updating the website and Rightmove using excel and Adobe Illustrator
- Managing the marketing inbox
- Liaising with external agencies to organise photography, videography or offline media advertising
- Supporting the property sales team to ensure all hard copy marketing material is up to date
