We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in North East Lincolnshire, to recruit for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary ongoing basis.
Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:
- Undertake surveys, prepare schedules of condition, schedules of work, tender documentation and ensure specifications are kept up to date.
- Oversee the right response to damp and mould cases based on severity.
- Assist in the design, procurement and management of contracts and contractors in delivering works within the damp and mould workstreams.
- Manage day to day workload.
- Complete pre and post inspections.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:
- Strong knowledge around the cause of damp and mould and HHSRS.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
