Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Investment Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day programme and project management, on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Asset Manager:

  • Provide effective and strong leadership to the services and asset management teams
  • Ensure contractors plan, programme and complete works in accordance with agreed specifications
  • Manage project works and programmes as detailed to ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to specification
  • Monitor contractors' performance against agreed targets
  • Monitor Health and Safety on all projects
  • Manage and resolve complaints

Essential Requirements of the Senior Investment Manager:

  • Experience of contract procurement and management of major works
  • Full UK Driving Licence
