Service Manager Permanent £42,000 Bedfordshire Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join an organisation on a permanent basis in Bedfordshire.
Responsibilities of the
Service
Manager: Oversee the delivery of safe, secure and high-quality supported accommodation and services, ensuring positive outcomes for customers.
Line manage, mentor and develop Team Leaders.
Monitor service performance, including voids, rent collection, arrears, budgets and KPIs, taking action to achieve targets.
Oversee safeguarding, complex cases, complaints and legal matters, ensuring compliance with policies, legislation and regulatory requirements.
Build strong relationships with local authorities, external agencies and stakeholders, supporting partnership working, tenders and service development.
Drive continuous improvement across services, reviewing processes, managing risk and ensuring effective housing management, repairs and compliance.
