Are you a qualified accountant looking to develop your career in a commercially focused finance role?
We're recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a collaborative finance team, offering excellent exposure to financial reporting, business partnering and commercial analysis within a well-established organisation.
The Role
As a Finance Analyst, you'll support the Regional Finance Manager and Finance Director in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis and robust financial control.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight that supports strategic decision-making and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly management accounts.
Produce regular financial reporting and performance analysis to support business decisions.
Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support month-end, half-year and year-end reporting processes.
Partner with operational stakeholders, providing financial insight and analysis.
Produce ad hoc reporting to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
Contribute to process improvement projects, driving efficiencies across the finance function.
Provide support across the wider finance team as required.
About You
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
Practice-trained accountants are encouraged to apply, as well as candidates with experience in a similar commercial finance role.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
Strong Excel skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Keen to develop within a commercially focused finance environment.
