We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit to a permanent Asbestos Surveyor. The purpose of the role will be to lead and support the delivery of their asbestos compliance service across domestic and non-domestic properties.
Duties of the Asbestos Surveyor:
- Liaising with colleagues, contractors and surveyors, ensuring that asbestos-related risks are managed effectively, in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012
- Conducting asbestos surveys
- Preparing reports
- Supporting refurbishment projects
- Reviewing RAMS
- Providing technical advice
Requirements of the Asbestos Surveyor:
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years asbestos surveying experience
