Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in the Accrington area, who are looking for a Plasterer to join their reactive repairs team. A van and fuel card is provided, with prohibited personal use.
Responsibilities of the Plasterer includes:
- Completing reactive plastering work on void and tenanted social housing properties
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
- Maintaining van stock
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers' homes
Essential criteria of the Plasterer includes:
- Full UK Driving License
- Previous social housing experience
- NVQ Level 2 is desirable
