Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Boston, Lincolnshire, who are looking for a Plumber to join their repairs team. A van and fuel card is provided. The hours will be 8am - 4pm + 1 day a week on call for emergency repairs.

Responsibilities of the Multi-skilled Plumber include:

  • Completing reactive Plumbing work on void and tenanted social housing properties
  • Completing multi-skilled works including (but not limited to) carpentry, joinery, plastering, bricklaying & roofing
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
  • Maintaining van stock
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

Essential criteria of the Multi-skilled Plumber include:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Relevant experience
  • Willing to complete a DBS
