Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver HR strategies aligned to business objectives.
Lead and support organisational change, restructures, and transformation initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development activities.
Coach and develop managers to enhance leadership capability and people management practices.
Analyse people data and trends to inform decision-making and improve organisational performance.
Review and improve HR policies, processes, and practices to ensure operational excellence.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR professional who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level.
You will have:
Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR role.
Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
Experience supporting organisational change and improvement projects.
