Overview We have been exclusively instructed by a leading UK investment manager who are looking to hire a general corporate lawyer to report directly into the General Counsel. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of the business, taking on high-profile internal (often international) projects alongside a broad mix of corporate and commercial work. Responsibilities Provide general corporate and commercial legal support, reporting to the General Counsel. Manage high-profile internal projects (often international) and work with senior stakeholders. Qualifications UK qualified, with 4+ years corporate experience (law firm or in-house). Strong technical skills, able to work autonomously. Reliable, detail-focused, and confident engaging at a senior level.
