An excellent opportunity for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a leading business and work within their established team. This position offers the opportunity to join a company that is rapidly growing and the chance to progress within the company.
Working as the Painter & Decorator you will be touching up apartments and communal areas across their sites in Wembley.
Key Duties:- Perform all necessary apartment refresh tasks to restore apartments to a rentable condition. This will primarily involve painting but may also include wall repairs, minor maintenance, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work within the apartment(s).
- Support stock management by conducting regular inventory checks to ensure adequate supplies of paint and materials are available at all times.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and organised storage areas to facilitate efficient task completion.
- Assist with the Inventory move-out process to ensure compliance with lease obligations.
- Refresh walls to prepare apartments for new residents.
- Conduct pre-move-out apartment inspections and document any required work, helping to prepare materials and tools in advance.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with building Health and Safety regulations.
