Electrical Maintenance Engineer Stevenage, Hertfordshire £40,000 - £45,000
We've got an excellent role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a fantastic site in Hertfordshire! This is a standout role if you're looking to avoid the commute into London, join a well known commercial provider and be part of a well experienced team!
This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, troubleshoot / fault find, work on mechanical systems, update site logbooks, liaise with contractors and respond to client needs.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance Working on single & three-phase power systems Motors and generators (including on/off load testing) UPS systems Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing HVAC systems Pumps, belts, bearings, mechanical seals BMS operation Maintaining logbooks and site documentation
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial building maintenance Career-driven and motivated individual Professional, polite, and personable approach
Salary and Package:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays Company pension scheme Overtime available Internal progression Additional training
