About the Role: As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the site’s technical and mechanical systems. Your role includes: Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical and/or mechanical systems. Diagnosing and resolving reactive maintenance issues. Managing HVAC, lighting, and plant system operations. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborating within a professional and high-performing team to maintain an iconic site. Requirements: Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). 18th Edition certification or equivalent (for electrical candidates). Proven experience in building services, ideally within high-profile commercial or cultural environments. Knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and plant room operations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
