Single-Site Engineer (Electrical Bias) Kings Cross, London Β£50,000 β Β£55,000 per annum We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer / Site Engineer to join a well-established Building Services provider on a prestigious commercial property in Kings Cross.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a flagship single-site contract, offering long-term stability, ongoing training, and genuine career progression within a growing organisation.
This is a Monday to Friday, 8:00am β 5:00pm position where you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day engineering operations across the site.
Working independently, you will deliver both planned preventative and reactive maintenance while liaising closely with the client and coordinating specialist subcontractors when required.
The successful candidate will be electrically qualified, with a strong background in commercial building services maintenance and the ability to confidently manage a site with minimal supervision.
