This role operates on a continental shift pattern (days and nights) and forms part of a well-established on-site engineering team.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance, emergency response, and remedial works across a range of building services systems. Candidates must be fully qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, holding City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualifications.
Key Duties- Planned and reactive maintenance (PPMs & Reactives)
- Single and three-phase power systems
- Motors and pumps
- Generators (on-load and off-load testing – LV/HV)
- Shutdowns and critical plant operations
- Emergency lighting testing
- Fire alarm testing
- AHUs, FCUs, and VAV systems
- Heat exchangers
- Minor plumbing works and tap temperature checks
- Sprinkler systems
- Water treatment and pressurisation
