An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a leading FM service provider on a prestigious, high-profile site in Central London. This is a key position on site, overseeing a team of Day Engineers and ensuring the smooth delivery of all maintenance activities.
Working Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), you will take the lead on all electrical maintenance while remaining hands-on across both planned and reactive works. This role is ideally suited to an electrically biased engineer with strong leadership experience and a solid background in building services.

Duties:- Oversee day-to-day engineering operations on site
- Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers
- Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Single & Three Phase Power
- UPS Systems
- Generators (on/off load tests)
- LV switching & shutdowns
- Emergency lighting & fire alarms
- AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, pumps, motors, belts & bearings
- Ensure safe isolation of plant and systems in line with procedures
- Manage subcontractors on site
