We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to join a rapidly growing building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial properties across the City of London and West End.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to take ownership of their own sites, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in delivering high-quality building maintenance services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections, testing, and statutory compliance checks.
  • Complete emergency lighting testing and any required remedial works.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase electrical systems.
  • Ensure site logbooks, maintenance records, and compliance documentation are kept accurate and up to date.
