We have a brilliant role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a high-end site in Westminster! This is a great role if you are looking for further career development, ongoing training and opportunities to progress internally.
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will:
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across the site
- Troubleshoot / fault find and diagnose faults
- Liaise with contractors
- Update site logbooks
- Respond to emergencies on site
This is a static role, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Statutory Compliance
- Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, BMS Operation
- Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods
- Organising subcontractors
- Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports
