We have a brand new role for a Building Services Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias) to join our client on a brand new site based in Liverpool Street! This is a great role if you want to join a highly reputable building service provider, known for offering internal progression and valuable career progression to their engineers! This is a static role, following a Monday - Friday schedule (40 hours).
As a Building Services Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance around site on mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, respond to emergencies, report into the Site Manager and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided on site.
- PPM and Reactive Maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation, AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc.), Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors
- Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
- Communicate with the client
