Job Description Lead Electrical Engineer \n Victoria, Westminster £50,000 - £55,000 \n New role for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a large, well renowned building service provider on a blue chip building in Westminster! n As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll lead a team of M&E Engineers, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, allocate works, oversee logbooks and report into the Engineering Manager. \n This is a static, shift role, following a continental shift pattern (Days and night shift) Lead Electrical Engineer Duties: \n \n PPMs & Reactive maintenance \n Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems \n Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. \n Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. \n Organising subcontractors \n Completing logbooks and RAMS \n Reports \n Conducting client meetings \n Ensuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basis \n Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works. \n \n Lead Electrical Engineer Requirements: \n \n \n City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Engineering \n Building Services Maintenance experience \n Career driven and motivated \n Polite and personable \n \n Salary and Package: \n \n \n £50,000 - £55,000 per annum \n Private health and dental care provided \n Continental shift pattern, days and nights \n 20 days annual leave \n Company pension scheme \n Overtime available \n On-going training \n Internal progression \n \n \nIf you're interested in this Shift Lead role, apply today!\
