Maintenance Engineer Exeter £33,000 - FTC Until June 2027
Our client is looking to add a Maintenance Engineer to their team on their commercial site in Exeter. This is an opportunity for you to work for a leading maintenance provider.
The ideal candidate will have experience with repairing doors, fitting carpet tiles and repairing toilets.
Please note this position is a 8 Month Fixed Term Contract which will likely go permanent at the end of the contract. You will get the same benefits as permanent member of staff. Maintenance EngineerDuties: To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building fabric in accordance with agreed service levels, and to respond to site emergencies or client concerns. Examples of works, replacing taps, toilet seats, replacing lighting & lamping, painting & decorating, fire alarm tests etc Undertake small installation works, repairs to building fabric, and handyperson duties.
