We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a leading building services provider on a large commercial office in Southwark. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising all electrical plant and equipment across the site. You will carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, ensuring systems run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with current regulations.
You will be working on a continental shift pattern (days and nights), offering variety and excellent earning potential through overtime.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across all electrical systems
- Work on single and three-phase systems, motors, pumps, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and BMS controls
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely
- Carry out isolations and ensure safe working practices at all times
- Complete RAMS, logbooks, and maintenance records accurately
- Use a PDA system for job management
