Electrical Engineer City of London £45,000 – £48,000 Our client is one the largest growing Building Service Providers in the UK, expanding at a rapid pace, and are now looking to expand their team by bringing on an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a flagship site in Liverpool Street. You will be working on a high end commercial property, ensuring all PPM and Reactive maintenance is carried out, ensuring statutory compliance is adhered to and represent the company in a positive manner. This is a static role, following a fixed pattern of Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, a client facing attitude and the motivation to progress further internally within the company. Duties: To identify, diagnose, and rectify faults, performing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks as necessary. M&E Planned and Reactive maintenance – EML and Fire Alarm tests, AHU, FCU, minor Plumbing and Fabric maintenance, lighting & lamping repairs etc. Execute routine servicing, repair, and adjustment of machinery or equipment according to scheduled maintenance plans designated by the Engineering Supervisor/ BSM’s.
