You will be responsible for overseeing a prestigious commercial site near Liverpool Street, leading a team of 2 engineers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the building. Working a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern (7:00am – 7:00pm), you will take ownership of site performance, manage contractors, maintain logbooks, and act as the main point of contact for the client.
